Decided to take a nice drive to the west side and randomly ended up here. I havent been here in years! Its one of those places you gotta visit from child hood days.
There were more workers then i last remembered, really nice and good service. It wasnt as busy but it was a good amount of people there. I love the decorations on the way of all the pics and wood art they have.
Food was awesome. I love how its homemade hamburger steak....and the amount of food they give is unbelievable. Its like taking home a new plate from the food i didnt finish. If you are ever on the west side, you definitely have to try here. Great family and old school feel restaurant. -

We used to eat here a lot, and like that they offered A Variety of foods, but since they changed ownership it seems the food hasn't been the same and not as tasty as before even though they offer more menu items.
I would recommend them mostly for their breakfast.
Their prices have increased some as well but they still offer a reasonably priced menu. Most meal items on the menu are under $10 to $15 .
They offer dine inn And take out ...
Overall I would rate them 3 stars being more of an average place to eat in Waianae. -

This is the spot on the west side. It's like the diner on Archie comics, but waianae- style.
Their food comes out in good-sized portions, the prices are great and the waitstaff is friendly and funny.
I went with 5 people and was seated almost immediately. I'm sure it gets a lot busier on sunday mornings as it's definitely a local favorite.
Their banana nut pancakes come apart with a fork easily and are super soft. I wolfed down my side of fried rice so I'm not really sure how it tastes.
Our table was all satisfied with their meal and with the people in the restaurant also. It's a friendly and family oriented environment. -

Very Westside style diner popular with the locals. Portion sizes are huge and great bang for your buck. It isn't vegetarian friendly for those who are more health conscious.
We ordered the fried steak with vegetables and noodles for me, teri hamburger steak patties, a side of French toast, and pork chop platter. Food came out piping hot. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I didn't think the French toast was anything special but really really enjoyed the noodles :). Hamburger and pork chop portions were, again, very generous and perfect for my carnivorous coworkers.
Service is fast and friendly. Plentiful parking! -
